Thomas Jr. was Petty Constable of the south ward in NY City 1710-11 and High Constable 1711-12. His wife, Aeltje is believed to be Aeltje Jans, a young survivor of the Schenectady NY Indian massacre who married Lt. Finn of the fort at NY city in 1693 then Thomas Jr.
(Richard Statham is a direct male descendant of Thomas Jr. -- it is from him where much of the info on the Statham family was received. His father, Col. Harlan R. Statham gathered much family research between 1950-60)
